Bangladesh University of Health Sciences (BUHS) observed National Mourning Day 2023. A ‘Prayer and Discussion Program’ was organized on this occasion in Ibrahim Auditorium, BUHS on 17 August 2023. Eminent educationist, former Vice-Chancellor of University of Dhaka and acting President of Bangabandhu Parishad AAMS Arefin Siddique was the chief guest. Honorable Chairman of Board of Trustees of BUHS National Professor AK Azad Khan graced the program with special presence. Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of BUHS Professor Faridul Alam presided over the discussion program. The discussants of the program were Prof Dr Anower Hussain, Dean, Faculty of Public Health and Prof Dr Sharmin Parveen, Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, BUHS.
