Information in the fields marked with * is mandatory for application.
Applicants will need to upload following scanned documents:
- Photo
- Signature
- NID/Passport/Birth Certificate.
Applicants will need to upload the scanned copies of the following documents (1-4) for Undergraduate Programs and (1-6) for Postgraduate Programs:
- SSC Certificate/O-Level or equivalent
- SSC Mark Sheet/O-Level or equivalent
- HSC Certificate/A-Level or equivalent
- HSC Mark Sheet/A-Level or equivalent
- Bachelor degree Certificate
- Bachelor degree Mark Sheet
- Applicants will need to share their information only for the purpose of applying for admission to Bangladesh University of Health Science (BUHS).
- Applicants must provide the required information and pay an amount of Tk. 510/- (including charge)to submit application for admission.
- All Applications will be evaluated by the respective departments and eligible applicants will be given notification.
