  • Specialized in several laboratory techniques, including PCR; RT-PCR; Western Blot; Southern Blot; Plasmid sub-cloning into different vectors (pBSK, pcDNA, Retroviral vectors, Lentiviral shRNA); plasmid mini and maxi preparation; plasmid transformation; cell culture and maintenance; plasmid transfection; Retroviral Packaging; RNA extraction and RNA expression analysis; and other molecular techniques in addition to microbiology-related methods.
  • Anti-inflammatory effect of secondary bile acid (Taurodeoxycholate) on Dextran Sulfate Sodium (DSS)-induced colitis in Mice and on TGR5 Knockout Mice.
