While I have conducted my research jobs, I have completed some Human Trial about plant materials and many of anti-diabetic drugs on type 2 diabetic patients and screened many medicinal plants with anti-diabetic properties in animal model also. I have took active participation in follow up the studies of diabetic patients with their pharmacological and biochemical activities and check the drug action, effects, mechanisms and biochemical tests. I have obtained practical experience and training in various techniques including Spectrophotometry (both manual & automated), Extraction & Purification of Enzyme & Protein, Enzyme Linked Immunoassay (ELISA), Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), Gel Electrophoresis, Chemiluminiscence technique (Immulite auto analyzer) and Enzymatic colorimetric technique.

I have gained confidence on research protocol design, thesis writing, data preparation, data analysis and interpretation of data using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), GraphPad Prism, STATA etc. As a co-investigator, I have supervised in a number of MS, Mphil and PhD thesis in different national and private universities in different fields, eg Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, pharmacology and Biotechnology. I have also supervised many dissertation or project works in BS and MS students in my respective department.
